Corporate Event & Conference Production

RnM coordinates technical production for corporate conferences, general sessions, breakout programs and hybrid events. Audio, projection/LED, switching, presentation playback, confidence monitors, cameras/PTZ, streaming and lighting are designed around room schedules, sightlines, show cues and the program’s technical demands.

Services can include system planning, preproduction, load-in, line and signal checks, rehearsal, show operations, room support and strike. We coordinate technical roles across simultaneous rooms to keep the event consistent from opening session to final presentation.
